For my maths this week we have been learning about the angles and polygons  .
We have been determining the interior angles of a shape as well as drawing the shapes with a compass  not a North and South compass but the compass you use to draw perfect circles .
To recap what we have been learning about we had to answer some questions here are my answers for the questions  and some photos of my working out .

My back yard

One of my tasks today was to find out what the perimeter of my backyard is. 
Here is the drawing I did of my backyard  with all the measurements 

 
My backyard is split into two separate grass areas with a deck and BBQ area in the middle 
so I have measured the perimeter of the two grass areas

All together the perimeter is 56.8

Mean median and mode

Hey bloggers we have been learning about the mean ,median and mode, to show our learning we made a scratch game all you do is type mean,median or mode and it will tell you how to work it out and what it means have you ever made anything on scratch this is only my 2nd time so it is not that good. In maths we are learning how to do bar graphs and how to write about them
I worked with Jessica and this is what we did.

Brilliant bar graphs

Welcome back to my blog ,
I hope you all had a great summer break
In maths this week we are getting to know all the different people in our group .
To do that we made a graph to see how many people had the same eye colour
as you can tell this graph isn't that good

This graph didn't show the data that well so i redid it and made it neater
So that it could be easier to read and i could be proud of it

This is my second try i know it still isn't that good but it is a lot better than the first one
do you know how to draw a bar graph and everything that needs to be put on it
please comment what i could do different Next time and what you liked.

volume and capacity

Hi everyone this is my volume and capacity maths  slide .This term we have been learning and working on volume and capacity,We had to measure and create a box that could hold 2 cups of water without it breaking.
